WALK-IN-SELECTION FOR ENGAGEMENT OF SECURITY AGENTS ON FIXED TERM CONTRACT BASIS AT VARIOUS STATIONS OF NORTHERN REGION

Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) is looking for bright and energetic Indian Nationals to join us as Security Agents on a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 3 years at Delhi and 23 stations of Northern Region. (i.e. Jodhpur, Udaipur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Dehradun, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Leh, Bhopal, Khajurao, Raipur, Jabalpur, Srinagar, Jammu, Kullu, Dharamsala, Panthnagar, Allahbad, Gwalior, Agra, Gorakhpur, Indore & Jaipur).

Walk in selection will be conducted for filling up 345 vacancies ( SC 56, ST 22, OBC 102, Gen 165) and to form panel of all categories. The details of Date, Venue and Time are given below :

2.Graduates (without Basic AVSEC and/or Screener Certificate) – 07.12.2016 to 08.12.2016

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS ON 01.12.2016 :
I) Educational Qualifications:
a) Candidates with valid Basic AVSEC and/or Screener Certificate :
They should possess valid basic AVSEC Certificate and/or Screener Certificate

b) Candidates without Basic AVSEC and/or Screener Certificate :
Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
In case of Ex-Servicemen – who are graduate, have a service record of minimum 15 years in the armed forces and who have been honorably discharged from the services during the preceding two years.

i) BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days new pattern) Qualified
ii) BCAS Certified XBIS Screener (Valid Certification)
iii) BCAS Certified In-Line Screener (Valid certification)
iv) NCC ‘B’/ ‘C’ Certificate
v) Knowledge of fire fighting
vi) Knowledge in Industrial security
vii) Knowledge in disaster management
viii) Knowledge of unarmed combat
ix) Legal Knowledge
x) Armed forces/Police back grounds
xi) Diploma/Certification course in Computers.

Upper age limit : as on 01st December 2016
General : Not above 28 years (born between 02.12.1988 and 01.12.1998)
SC/ST : Not above 33 years (born between 02.12.1983 and 01.12.1998)
OBC : Not above 31 years (born between 02.12.1985 and 01.12.1998)

HOW TO APPLY :
i) Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria as on 01.12.2016, are required to WALKIN with the duly filled Application Form (available on the Company web-site airindia.in) along with all original Certificates/Testimonials in support of Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, NCC Certificate, Doctor’s Certificate for height and weight, Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC Candidates), Discharge Certificate (for Ex- Servicemen), Experience Certificate and 2 recent passport size photographs.

Candidates would also be required to furnish self attested copies of all the certificates/ testimonials as mentioned above along with the application form. Please note that No original certificate is to be submitted with the Application Form. Although, Candidates are required to bring all Original Certificates for verification purpose only.

ii) Candidates belonging to OBC category, the category certificate should be in the prescribed format including the “Non-Creamy layer clause” issued by the Competent Authority for employment under Government of India and should be as per the Central list of OBC’s published by the Govt of India. Please also note that the validity of the “Non-Creamy layer should not be older than 6 (six) months from the date of the eligibility i.e. 01.12.2016.

iii) A recent (not more than 3 months old) coloured passport size photograph of the full face (front view) should be pasted neatly in the space provided in the Application Form.

iv) Candidates are also required to bring an A/c Payee Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in favour of “Air India Ltd.”, payable at DELHI, as non- refundable Application Fee (Not applicable for SC/ST/Ex SM). Please mention your Full Name and Mobile number on the reverse of the Demand Draft.

v) Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings or autonomous bodies, must walk-in with the completed Application Form routed through proper channel or along with “No Objection Certificate” from their present employer.
