Qualification :
A candidate for direct recruitment to the Lower Divisional Clerk must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or any Examination of University or Board recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government, or any higher examination, and must in addition possess a good knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri script and must have passed:-

“O” or Higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India;
Or
Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate organized under National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme;
Or
Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications from a University established by law in India or from an Institution recognized by the Government,
Or
Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the Governement;
Or
Rajatshan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) Conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited;
Or
Senior Secondary school examination with computer science as an optional subject;
Or
Any equivalent or higher qualification.

Provided that in suitable cases, the High Court may relax the condition of Computer Application qualification for physically disabled persons, who shall be eligible for recruitment and appointment to the earmarked and reserved posts in accordance with the Rajasthan Disabled Persons Employment Rules, 2000 and orders of the Government issued from time to time in this behalf.

Age Limit :
A candidate for direct recruitment must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 35 years on the last date fixed for submission of the application.

Instructions for filling Online Application :
There are two mode of filling online application :
(A). Application filling using own laptop/computer with internet connection by making payment of Examination Fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or m-Wallet.
(B). Application filling with payment of Examination Fee at e-mitra kiosk.

(a) The flow of filling application and making payment of Examination Fee ‘Online’ using this mode is as follows:
1). Fill application online
2). After filling application click on “Make Payment” button at the bottom of filled-in application;
3). The link of payment of fee shall remain active for three days after last date of submission of online application.

4). On successful payment of Examination Fee, your application will be submitted. You can take print out of application with Application ID and note down the Application ID for future reference. Generation of Application ID is proof of successful submission of application.

5). In case of failure of payment of Examination Fee at the time of filling of online application due to network / server problem, payment can be made up to the last date for depositing Examination Fee using Reference Number. Please note down & remember Reference Number till payment of Examination fee is made.

Process of filling online application :
(i). Log on to hcraj.nic.in and click on link “Recruitment” provided in the left panel of the home page. This will open a new link “Recruitment”. Click on “Recruitment”. This will open a page of various Recruitments.

(ii). Now click on desired link of “Recruitment – Lower Division Clerk (Rajasthan Subordinate Courts Ministerial Establishment Rules, 1986),2017” or “Recruitment – Stenographer (Rajasthan Subordinate Courts Ministerial Establishment Rules, 1986),2017” as the case may be.

(iii). Applicants are advised to keep all relevant documents i.e. Educational Certificates, Scanned Photograph, Scanned Signature etc., ready before starting with form filling process.

Instructions for Photo / Signature Scanning
:
(i) Scan your Signature & passport size photograph.
(ii) While scanning your signature & photograph do not leave any space around the photo & signature.
(iii) Save them as JPG/JPEG files with Size between 2KB – 20 KB each.
(iv) Images should be properly cropped.

(iv). Now, click on option “Apply Online (Fresh Application)” to fill online application.
(v). If you do not fall in categories mentioned on new page i.e. Outstanding Sports Person, Instructor- National Cadet Core and Ex-prisoner, click on “Next” button for opening of Online Application.

(vi). Spaces (fields) in online application are of two types : One, in which the applicant can enter the information manually, and another, in which the applicant can select one of the options.

Selective fields are of two types – Some fields are to be selected from Dropdown Menu and some are to be selected by clicking on the Radio Button Box. Date should be entered in format DD-MM-YYYY.

(vii). Some fields are marked with (*), which means these fields are to be filled in mandatorily.

(viii). While filling in the online application, you may press Tab button or use Mouse click to move to the next column in the online application.

(ix). Do Not Press F5 or Browser refresh button during the process of filling up online application.

(x). The time of session to fill online application is limited, therefore, applicants are advised to regularly check the remaining time displayed on the top of page while filling the online application, otherwise they will have to fill the application afresh.

(xi). The applicants are advised to check the details filled-in and satisfy themselves that all information have been correctly filled-up. If applicant finds information correct and he is in agreement with declaration, may click on ‘Make Payment’ button at the bottom of this page.

No change in the filled-in information by the applicant would be allowed after clicking on ‘Make Payment’ button in any case.

(xii). On clicking on “Make Payment” button you will get a Reference Number, which is to be used for payment in case of failure of payment of Examination Fee due to network / server problem. Therefore, you are advised to note down this Reference Number.

(xiii). Click on “Make Payment” button at bottom of the page to finally save the application and it is redirected to page for payment through e-Mitra, where candidates have to make payment of Examination Fee by Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or m-Wallet online using payment gateway available on E-mitra portal.

(xiv). Select Payment Aggregator to make payment using payment gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or m-Wallet online. Select the mode of payment and pay as per instructions.

(xv). After successful payment applicants will be redirected to the page where the system displays filled-in application with the Application ID generated. Applicant is advised to note down the Application ID for future correspondence.

To take the print out of filled online application, applicant are also advised to download the pdf file by clicking the “Print Application Form” button provided at the bottom/top. You are also advised to save this pdf file. Getting Application ID is a proof of final submission of application.
