Processing Assistant Recruitment :

Applications are invited for the following temporary positions on daily wage basis as per KVASU rule, in the Revolving Fund Project in the Meat Technology Unit, Mannuthy, Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences University.

Name of Post : Processing Assistant

Qualification : Essential:
1. VHSE- Livestock Management- Dairy Husbandry/ Livestock Management- Poultry husbandry / Certificate incanning and food preservation
2. Certificate in Meat processing cum plant operation/Wholesome meat production and meat processing
Desirable:
1. Experience of having worked in meat processing plant/poultry processing plant/ slaughter house/ abattoir

Age limit : 40 years (as on 01-01-2016)
Salary : Rs. 350/day

All appointments are on tenure and contract basis and not borne on the regular establishment of KVASU.

The desired candidates are requested to send their application with complete biodata in white paper along with attested copies of relevant certificates to prove educational qualification, age and work experience so as to reach the undersigned on or before 26-11-2016.
