Director, Librarian Recruitment :

Online application from the eligible candidates are invited in prescribed proforma for the contractual post of Director (Graduate School of Engineering /Technology) and Director (Graduate School of Pharmacy), Librarian and Sport Officer.

Number of Posts, Essential Qualification / experience/ pay/ general conditions, application format and other details are mentioned below. The general category candidates are required to pay fee of 250/- through net banking whereas the candidates belonging to SC/ST /WOMAN/PD are exempted from payment of fees.

Ph.D. with first class in Master of engineering /Technology.
In addition, the candidates should be eminent persons in their fields of specialization with outstanding academic record throughout. candidate should have 15 years of experience in teaching /research out of which 10 years must be at the level of professor or above in reputed educational institutes/research organizations
N.B.: The appointment shall be in the scale of Rs. 37400-67000 G.P. 10000/-.However, retired candidates shall be offered Rs. 80000/- fix per month.
Age: Below 65 years.
Pay Band (Rs.): 37400-67000 + 10000 (G.P.).

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
** A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point Scale and consistently good academic record set in these Regulations.
** At least thirteen years as a Deputy Librarian in a University library or Eighteen years’ experience as a College Librarian
** Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work.
** Experience of Library Management System, plagiarism software and INFLIBNET.
Desirable:
A M.Phil /Ph.D Degree in library science /Information science/ documentation/ achieves and manuscript-keeping
Age: Not More than 65 Years
Fix Pay: Rs. 40000/- Fix per month

Name of the Post : Sport Officer (Contractual)

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
** A Master Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sport Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) with a consistently good academic record.
** Record of having represented the university / college at the inter-university /inter collegiate competitions or the state and / or nation Championships.
** Qualification in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
** Passed the physical fitness test conducted in accordance with these Regulation.
** However , candidate ,who are or have been awarded Ph.D degree in accordance with the “University Grants Commission (Minimum standards and procedure for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations 2009,shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of University Sport officer.
** Preference will be given to the candidate having prior work experience in the academic institute/ University.
Age: Not More than 65 Years
Fix Pay: Rs. 40000/- Fix per month
