Stipendiary Trainee Recruitment :

Online applications are invited for Stipendiary Trainees (Category I & II) for training in Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore (M.P).

Stipendiary Trainee Category – I : Total No. of Posts : 23 (SC:03, ST:05, OBC:05, UR:10)

I-1 Physics 07 B.Sc. with a minimum 60% marks (Physics as principal and Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Statistics / Electronics / Computer Science as subsidiary subjects).
I-2 Mechanical 06 Diploma / Licentiate in Mechanical Engineering (3 years after SSC or 2 years after HSC) with a minimum 60% marks.
I-3 Electrical 02 Diploma / Licentiate in Electrical Engineering (3 years after SSC or 2 years after HSC) with a minimum 60% marks.
I-4 Electronics and Instrumentation 08 Diploma / Licentiate in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (3 years after SSC or 2 years after HSC) with a minimum 60% marks.

Stipendiary Trainee Category – II : Total No. of Posts : 24 (SC: 03, ST:12, UR:09) 01 post reserved for Hearing Handicapped (HH) for post Code II-4 only.

II-1 Electronics 04 SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate PLUS trade certificate in Electronics / Fitter / Machinist/ Welder / Turner. The candidates should meet any of the following requirements as regards Trade Certificate:
1) NTC (ITI pass out) of two years duration. or
2) NAC of two years duration under Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
or
3) NTC (ITI pass out) of one year duration plus one year relevant work experience after the completion of course. or
4) NTC (ITI pass out) of one-year duration plus NAC of minimum one year duration under Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
II-2 Fitter 10
II-3 Machinist 04
II-4 Welder 01
II-5 Turner 02
II-6 Laboratory 03 HSC (10+2) in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

AGE LIMIT :
A. Category-I: 19 years (minimum) and 24 years (maximum) as on 31.05.2017
The upper age prescribed above is relaxable up to a maximum of 5 years if candidate belongs to SC/ST category and 3 years if candidate belongs to OBC category.

B. Category-II: 18 years (minimum) and 22 years (maximum) as on 31.05.2017
The upper age prescribed above is relaxable up to a maximum of 5 years if candidate belongs to SC/ST category.

iv. Candidates are required to have valid Email ID and a mobile number which should remain active during the currency of this recruitment. Interview call letter to the screened-in candidates will be sent on registered Email ID only.
v. User guide is available on the web-site duly explaining the procedure to apply and upload requisite documents.
vi. The applicants must read the user guide before online submission of application.
vii. RRCAT is not responsible for any discrepancy in submitting details online. The applicants are therefore advised to strictly follow the instructions and user guide.
viii. Before uploading / submission of application form, the candidates should be cautious and ensure his/her eligibility to apply for the post. No relevant column of the application form should be left blank.
ix. Applicant must possess required qualification from recognized university/institution and experience as on last date of submission of application.

xii. Candidate should upload following documents at the time of submission of online application (as the case may be) invariably :

c. Certificate for the proof of Age (Matriculation certificate / Municipal Birth Certificate)
d. Educational / Technical Qualification
e. Experience Certificate (if applicable)
f. SC/ST/OBC Certificate in prescribed format available on RRCAT website (if applicable)
g. Disability Certificate in prescribed format available on RRCAT website (if applicable)
h. Certificate regarding domiciled in Kashmir Division from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 (if applicable)
i. Proof of effect that they have been affected by 1984 riots (if applicable)
j. Any other relevant certificate (if applicable)

xiii. Candidates working under the Central/State Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies etc. are required to submit “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the employer while appearing for interview for Category-I and skill/trade test for Category-II, failing which they will not be permitted to appear in interview/skill/trade test.

xiv. The Candidates are required to bring print out of on-line application, and original certificates along with self-attested copies of certificates mentioned in their application at the time of appearing for written test / skill test / interview.
