IIITDM Kancheepuram invites candidates for Walk in Interview for the following temporary purely on contract basis for:

1. Teaching Learning Centre under the Scheme Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMT) Project:
Name of the Position : Senior Project Engineer (1 Position)
Qualification : ME/M.Tech/M.Des in Computer Science and Engineering / Electrical or/and Electronic Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with at least 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA.
Practical/Project experience in their area of specialization is desirable
Age: Below 30 years

Name of the Position : Junior Project Engineer (2 Positions)
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering / Electrical or/and Electronic Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with at least 75% marks and above
Practical/Project experience in their area of specialization is desirable
Age: Below 27 years

2. Library Trainee :
Name of the Position : Library Trainee (2 Positions)
Qualification : First Class Master Degree in Library and Information Science.
First Class Bachelor Degree in Library and Information Science with sound knowledge of Computer Application with two years experience
Age: Below 30 years

3. Laboratory Technician:
Name of the Position : Laboratory Technician [Computer Engineering] (1 Position)
Qualification :
M.E/M.Tech/M.Des with minimum 70% of Marks or above.
(OR)
B.E/B.Tech with two years experience and minimum marks 70% or above.
Age: Below 27 years

Name of the Position : Laboratory Technician [Electrical & Electronics Engineering] (1 Position)
Qualification :
B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 75% of Marks or above.
(OR)
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with two years of experience and 75% of Marks or above
Age: Below 27 years

Name of the Position : Laboratory Technician [Mechanical Engineering] (1 Position)
Qualification :
B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 70% of Marks or above.
(OR)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with two years of experience and 75% of Marks or above
Age: Below 27 years

General Conditions/Instructions for the above posts:
1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply.
2. Selected candidates will be appointed initially for a period of one year through manpower agency.
3. This may be extended taking into account performance and duration of the project/work.
4. The Selected candidates will be given fixed remuneration commensurate with their qualification and Experience.
5. Candidates should bring self-attested copies of the relevant certificates/testimonials along with the original certificates/documents.
6. No travelling or any other allowances is admissible for attending the interview.
7. The Institute reserves the right not to fill up the position, if it so decides.
8. The Institute reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time before completion of the period, if it so decides.
