Applications are invited from eligible candidates Walk-in interview for one post of Public Relation Officer on contract basis.

The candidate should have Graduate, with minimum 55% marks. Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism is preferable. He/she should have minimum 06 years of post qualification experience in PR functions/ Media Management/Spokesperson preferably in Govt./PSU Organizations.
The post is on contractual basis initially for a period of one year at a fixed honorarium of Rs.40,000/- per month, which is further extendable on performance and requirement basis at discretion of the Company.
Retired persons from Govt./PSU Organizations with experience in above areas will also be considered for the post. Pay for retired person will be decided by CEL based on last pay drawn by him in Govt./PSU Organizations.
The Public Relation Officer will be responsible for handling matters pertaining to Public Relation/Protocol functions, managing print and electronic media, for ‘Branding’ and promoting the overall image of the Company.
He/ She will be required to look after and co-ordinate day-to-day liaison with various Ministries/Departments and should be able to co-ordinate with other PSUs/MNCs/NGOs, for promotion of CEL’s interest.
He/ She will be responsible for event management, such as business promotional meets/ seminars/ exhibitions, etc.
A Walk-in interview will be held in the Company on February 27, 2017 at 09.00 AM at our works*.
