Download Admit Card :
i) Put ID/Registration No.
ii) Enter Date of Birth(mm/dd/yyyy)
iii) Click on “Submit” Button
For the post of Pharmacist under NAtional Urban Health Mission, are hereby requested to be present for Computer Test as per mentioned date and time at IBS Business School, Plot No. Y-1, Block-EP, CIC Building, Sector-V, Opposite Godrej waterside, Saltlake City, Kolkata-700091.
The candidates are hereby informed to download their admit cards from the Department’s website. The Admit cards can be dowbloaded from 5 pm of 5.10.2016 to 5 pm of 23.10.2016.
No candidates will be allowed to appear for the said computer test without admit card and original Photo identity proof card i.e Passport, Pan card, Voter-Id Card, AADHAAR Card (any one of this).
