Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in the fields of Agriculture / Horticulture/ Hydrological/ Soil Engineering and Animal Husbandry with good academic record. Higher qualification, such as Master degree in respective fields with good grades and added qualifications will be preferred.

The candidate should have at least five years field/research experience in the fields of Soil and Water Conservation/ Forestry/ Dryland/ Agriculture/ Horticulture / Watershed Management or related fields like assessment, management and mitigation of droughts, climatic and other associated risks, crop husbandry, crop specific technologies, horticultural practices, livelihoods, animal husbandry etc.

Qualifications :
Professional degree in Agriculture, Soil Science or water Management. In case the candidate with above qualification are not available. The candidate having diploma in Agriculture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Management or two years certificate course in surveying/drawing and with 55% of marks can be considered.

Honorarium per Month : 14000+1000 fixed TA

Qualifications :
Degree in Social Mobilization and Institutional Building. In case of candidate with above qualification are not found available, the candidate having degree in Geography, Geology, Sociology, Botany or B.Sc and with 55% of marks can be considered.

The terms and conditions are as follow:
1. Attested Copies of all documents, Latest Pass-port size photograph, one Self-addressed written envelop should be deposited with simple application form as Name, Address, Education/Technical Qualification, Date of Birth, Experience etc. by the applicant.

2. All applications should be deposited in Room no. 212, O/o Additional Deputy Commissioner, Distt. Secretariat, Yamuna Nagar by 27-01-2017 at 04:00 P.M.

3. A Written Test and interview will be conducted on 03-02-2017 at 09.00 a.m in the office of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar. No separate call letter/information for written test will be sent.

4. Incomplete application forms or applications received after due date and time or without attested copies of documents will not be accepted.
5. The Selection will be made on the basis of criteria based on academic record, experience, Merit-cuminterview, written test etc.

6. Age limit: 21 Year to 45 years. Relaxation in upper age limit can be considered in case of very deserving candidates. In case of retired officers and officials, they are required to be medically fit.

7. The period of contract will be of one year which can be extended by the mutual consent in case if the work and conduct is found satisfactory during contractual period.
8. Contractual appointed staff should signed one Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU).
9. The competent authority reserves the right to postpone or cancel the test/interview or to reject the selection at any time without assigning any reason.
10. No. T.A/D.A will be given to candidate for interview/written test.
