for the recruitment of ONE Research Associate (RA) under the DST (GoI) sponsored project “Development of carrier selective tunnelling rear contact on n-type and p-type Silicon Wafers for ultra-low surface recombination velocity and their implementation for lab scale (3” x 3”) high efficiency (>20%) solar cells”.
Details of qualification:
Research Associate (01 Position):
Essential Qualifications: M.E/M.Tech /Electronics/Radio Physics & electronics A good academic and at least 03 year of documented R&D Experience is essential.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in solar cell technology, solar cell fabrication and other semiconductor devices.
Fellowship: Rs. 36,000/- per month with 30% HRA & Rs. 300/- (per month) as Medical Allowances. Candidates enjoying Government Housing facility will not be entitled for HRA.
Duration: up to 26th September 2019.
