How to Apply :
You are requested to go through the following instructions carefully, each instruction has to be followed to avoid problems in uploading the application and require documents –

KGMU is a computerised institution, online working is mandatory

A – Payment of application fees :
** Kindly make online fee payment by NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer) as mentioned in the advertisement and keep the transaction slip withtransaction number handy.
** information on how to make NEFT is available with your bank.
** Online payment is also made by debit and credit card.

B – Internet related Information :
** You are to fill the application online in one session which expires after 40 minutes. Due to security reasons once the form is submitted it cannot be retrieved or opened.
** If your internet connection gets interrupted the application is lost and you will have to re fill the form using the same NEFT transaction number.
** Internet upload speed must be above 1 mbps to allow smooth upload of your files. Slow internet connections and data cards are not recommended. The session times out after 40 minutes due to security reasons.

C – Document Upload Information :
** Photograph is to uploaded in the relevant space with Name pasted below – as a jpeg file. Please adjust the size of the file to be less than 1 mb.

** All other documents – NEFT slip, Certificates etc should be scanned into a single pdf file of size Less than 20 mb and uploaded as single file. Please make sure the internet connection is not interrupted during file upload. If file size is going more than 20mb please reduce the scanning resolution of your scanner to keep it less than 20 mb.

** Important – please enable Javascript in your internet browser so that popup windows for printing and document upload can open correctly. If there is any popup blocker in your browser kindly disable it as well.

Required Documents (for all applications) – please self attest all document photocopies, originals need not be self attested.
** Copy of NEFT transaction slip
** Highschool 10th Std and Intermediate 12th Std/ Professional qualification certificates/ marksheets.
** Medical Council Registration Number and Certificate/ Dental Council of India Registration number and Certificate/ Nursing Council Registration Number and Certificate, as applicable
** Caste Certificate(If applicable)

Please Note – both the above categories of documents have to be scanned into a single pdf file of less than 20 mb size. If file is getting bigger than 20 mb, please reduce the scanning resolution of your scanner.

D – ONLINE application. :
** Please fill in all the entry fields of the online form correctly, then revise to correct spelling mistakes.
** Once you are sure of the correct application, click “Submit” to submit the application.
** Then you will be required to upload the documents – upload the pdf file containing the documents.
** The option to print theapplication is available after you upload the required documents.
** You must take a print out of the completed application In 3 Pages (2 page application form and 1page Identification cum Attendance card) after successful submission.
** Print out the online application form in two copies.
** One copy of the application form is to be kept with the applicant for reference.
** Second copy of the application form together with self attested photocopies of all uploaded documents and self attested copy of NEFT Transaction slip is to be sent to the following address by Registered post, Speed Post or Courier (who gives Proof of Delivery)
