The Admit Cards and Instruction to Candidates for the aforesaid Test will be available on Commission’s website from 23.06.2017 and the candidates can download the same from the Commission’s website. No separate admit card will be sent to the candidates by the Commission through post/Courier.

It is announced for general information of the candidates who have applied in response to advertisement No. 7/2014 and 10/2015 published on 24.01.2014 & 16.02.2016 respectively for 1647 posts of Assistant Professors (College Cadre) in various subjects that the Commission has decided to hold the Recruitment/Screening Tests for the subjects of chemistry, Political Science, Mathematics & Psychology on the following dates at Panchkula:

The candidates who find any error in the Name, Father’s Name, Category, Date of Birth etc. in their admit cards, can contact the Commission’s office “in person or on telephone No 0172-2560754 or mail at apexam2016.hpsc[AT]gmail.com upto 05.07.2017”, for necessary rectifications in the Admit Card.
No rectification in the admit cards will be carried out after 05.07.2017 by the Commission and the candidate shall be solely responsible for it.
