Finance Manager, Accountant Recruitment :

Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) is implementing Deen Dayal Upadhyay-Gramin Kausal Yojana(DDU-GKY). DDU-GKY aims to create sustainable impact on rural poverty by skilling rural youths (18 to 35 Yrs of age) who are poor and linking them with regular wage employment.

In order to achieve the aforesaid objective, BRLPS is inviting applications under Deen Dayal Upadhyay-Gramin Kausal Yojana (DDU-GKY) from interested candidates for the position mentioned below:-

Position Name : State Finance Manager (SFM-DDU-GKY)
Vacancy : (01 Position: UR – 1)
CTS (Monthly) : Rs. 65400 to Rs. 91000

Qualification & Experience
:
Chartered Accountant/MBA-Finance /Cost Accountant from recognized institute/ university with minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in handling internal/ statutory audit and consultancy in accounts, taxation etc.

S/he should have worked in a development program/project/companies/organisation. S/he should be instrumental in designing and developing the financial management system of development project/companies/Firms.

Position Name : Accountant (DDU-GKY)- State Level
Vacancy : (02 Position: UR-1, EBC-1)
CTS (Monthly) : Rs. 20700 to Rs. 34100

Qualification & Experience
:
PG in Commerce from recognized institute/university with minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience in book keeping, accounts related job and secretarial assistance with reputed institutions, Government programmes/ project or NGOs.
Or
Graduate in Commerce from recognized institute/university with minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in book keeping, accounts related job and secretarial assistance with reputed institutions, Government programmes/ project or NGOs. Knowledge of working on computer and operating Tally Software will be essential. Typing skill in Hindi and English would be desirable.

Note:
** Reservation policy of the Government of Bihar will apply for this recruitment.
** Reservation benefits will be available only to applicants who are domicile of Bihar.
** For the purpose of calculation of Experience, the reference date will be 15th of June 2017.
** Number of vacancies may be changed without prior notice.
** Cost to Society (CTS) includes Basic Salary, House Rent Allowance, Project Allowance, and Child Education Allowance for two children & Employee Provident Fund (Employer share).

** Other monetary benefits include Annual Increment at the rate of 5%, Performance pay up to 30% of Annual Basic, Accidental Insurance, Medical Insurance cover for self & family, Laptop Purchase Advance/Laptop maintenance allowance, Self-learning allowance, etc.

** Serving State Government Officials are encouraged to apply. Relevant deputation norms/BRLPS policy would be applicable to them.

** Retired Officials from Govt., PSUs and Banks with enough zeal and willingness to work for the cause of the poor may also apply for the suitable positions. Retired government officials applying for various positions should have completed graduation to be considered for selection process.

** Initially contract will be for a period of one year that maybe extended further on the basis of the performance and approval of the Competent Authority and continuance of the DDU-GKY project. The contract would end with the closure of the DDU-GKY project as mentioned above.

** The interested candidates are requested to appear for the Walk-in-Interview on 30th June 2017 with their CV in three sets along with 3 recent passport size colour photographs and all the relevant original documents with self-attested photocopies of the same which includes educational qualification certificates, experience certificates etc. at the office of the
