Medical Officer Recruitment :

DHFWS Hisar invites application for filling up of various vacant posts under various schemes of NHM Programmes in different Health Institutions of District Hisar, through walk-in- interview purely on contract basis initially up to 31/03/2018 or as per approval received in NHM Haryana ROP 2017-18, whichever is earlier.

Honorarium: Rs.50,000/- per Month Gen-2, SC-1
Qualification & Experience : MBBS Degree recognized by Haryana Medical Council /MCI. Must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.

Name of Post : Specialist Medical Officer (Gynecologist)
Number of Posts : 1
Honorarium: Rs.80,000/- per Month
Qualification & Experience : MD /DGO Degree (Gyne & Obs) recognized by Haryana Medical Council /MCI.

Name of Post : Specialist Medical Officer (Pediatrician)

Honorarium: Rs.80,000/- per Month
Qualification & Experience : MD/DCH Degree (Paeds) recognized by Haryana Medical Council /MCI.

Qualification & Experience : MD/DA Degree (Anesthesia) recognized by Haryana Medical Council /MCI.

** Interview for all above posts will be held on 20.06.2017 at 10 AM in the O/o DHFWS O/o Civil Surgeon Hisar.

** Application form will be available from day of advertisement published in news paper till 16/06/17 in O/o Dy. Civil Surgeon (NHM), Hisar on any working day @ Rs 200/- per form in form of DD in favor of Chairman District Health and Family welfare Society REC payable at Hisar which will be non refundable.

No Cheque or cash will be accepted. Candidate will mention the name, father name and category (Gen/SC/BCA/BCB/EBPG/Ex service man etc) and name of post on the back side of Bank Demand Draft. Form will be accepted only between office hrs on working day up to 19.06.2017 up to 5 PM.

** One Application will be considered for one post only. Application form without having the post name and category/serial number will be rejected.
** Applicant should reach on given dates at 10:00 am in the DHFWS office for walk-in Interview. No applicant will be entertained after 10:00 am

** Full particulars along with contact no., email id, Postal address with PINCODE, two Passport size photo and attested copies of Educational Qualification & Govt & Semi Govt Experience should be attached with the application form.

** Original documents in support of academic qualifications and work experience shall be required to be produced at the time of interview. Preference will be given to the candidate residing in local area and proof of residence (Ration Card, Voter Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card) will be required. In case of married female candidate, after marriage residence proof will be considered for local area weightage.

** If the candidate had done his /her qualification diploma/degree through distance mode/regular mode then the university should be approved from Distance Education Council or joint committee of DEC, UGC and AICTE as the case may be.

It will be responsibility of the applicant to produce the proof of approval of his/ her degree/diploma from above mentioned authorities as the case may be. The qualification should be completed before closing date of submission of application. Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric Standard is required.

** Working knowledge of Computer programme and commonly used packages like MS word, Excel, power point is desirable for all categories of posts
