Advertisement for Research Associate (RA-I) – (1)
Applications are invited for post in DBT Project entitled: “Up-gradation of BSL-3 for studying dangerous pathogens with special reference to Bacillus anthracis as well as to provide BSL-3 facility to NER institutions and training of researchers of this region” The selected candidates will be appointed purely on temporary basis.

Position: Research Associate ( RA-I) (1)
Qualifications & Experience: M.Tech/ Ph.D in Biotechnology with research publications and work experience in BSL-3 is desirable.
Salary: 36000+HRA ( as per the DBT norms)

Applications are invited for the following purely temporary post in the DST PURSE II Project.
Post: Lab Assistant (One) – Rs. 14,000 (consolidated).
Essential Qualification: Graduate with five years experience of working in scientific \research laboratory.
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in assisting sample/ reagent preparation required for analysis (e.g. FTIR, EDXRF etc.).
Candidates will be short-listed initially based on qualification and work experience, and only the short-listed candidates will be called for interview. The selected candidate will be appointed on purely temporary basis, initially for a period of one year or till his/her services are required in the project or till the validity of the project, whichever is earlier.
