Project Technician Recruitment :

Applications are invited upto 23.5.2017 for the following posts to be filled, purely on temporary basis in the Project titled ‘Tuberculosis among Homeless persons in Chennai City’, implemented by this Institute.

Essential qualification : High school or equivalent with one year experience* in related field from a Government institution
Desirable qualification : Certificate course in Radiological Assistance from recognised Institute
Age limit : Not exceeding 25 years. Age relaxation as per GOI rules
Emoluments : Consolidated salary Rs.16,000/- p m
Duration : One year
Nature of duties of the post :
Field based, the timing of survey is morning/evening shift in a day, Will be planned according to the availability of different homeless groups.

Essential qualification : High school or equivalent with one year experience* in related field from a Government institution
Desirable qualification : Certificate course in MLT from recognised Institute.
Age limit : Not exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation as per GOI rules
Emoluments : Consolidated salary Rs.16,000/- p m
Duration : One year
Nature of duties of the post :
Field based, the timing of survey is morning/evening shift in day, will be planned according to the availability of different homeless groups
Note:Intermediate with science subjects shall be treated as 2 years’ experience

Essential qualification : Intermediate or 12th Pass from recognized Board. Data entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on computer to qualify skill test.
Desirable qualification : Experience in data entry
Age limit : Not exceeding 25 years. Age relaxation as per GOI rules
Emoluments : Consolidated salary Rs 17,000/- p m
Duration : One year

Field based, the timing of survey is morning/evening shift in day. Will be planned according to the availability of different homeless groups.

1. Interested candidates may apply on the prescribed application form, which may be downloaded from the website nirt.res.in

2. Application must be accompanied by non-refundable processing fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) in the shape of demand draft from any nationalized Bank in favour of Director, NIRT, Chennai. SC/ST, PH and women candidates are exempted from the payment of fee, on production of valid certificate.

3. Application forms complete in all respects along with self-attested copies of certificates / documents, should reach the Office of the Director, National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (ICMR), No.1, Mayor Sathyamoorthy Road, Chetpet, Chennai- 600 031.

4. Incomplete application forms will not be entertained and the applications received after the due date will not be considered and rejected straightaway.
