Administrative Officer Recruitment :

Applications are invited from the eligible officers for filling up one post of Senior Administrative Officer, a General Central Service,Group ‘A’ Gazetted post in Level-11.

Classification of post: Group ‘A’ Gazetted post

Pay Scale : Level-11 in the Pay Matrix (PB-3:Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade PayRs.6,600/- as per s” CPC)

Age Limit: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

Eligibility conditions for appointment by transfer on deputation: Officers of the Central! State Governments/ Union Territory/ RecognizedResearchInstitutes or Councils/ Universities/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous bodies or Statutory Organizations:
(a)(i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis;
(ii) with 5 years’ service in the pay scaleof Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3)+ Grade PayRs.5,400/( revised to Level-10of the PayMatrix, as per ih CPC)or equivalent; or
(iii) with 8 years’ service in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 (PB-2)+ Grade PayRs.4,600/( revised to Level-7ofthe PayMatrix, as per ih CPC)or equivalent; and

(b) having experience in administration, establishment and accounts.

Applications of only such officers/ candidates will be considered as are routed through proper channel and are accompanied by:
(i) Bio-data (in triplicate), as per the proforma given in Annexure-II.
(ii) Photocopies of ACR/APARsfor the last five (5) years duly attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary.
(iii) Certification by the Employer/ CadreControlling Authority, as per the proforma given in Annexure-III.
