Job Profile : The incumbent shall be entrusted with the Civil Engineering works of the company and shall report to the Manager (Projects)
Responsibility :
Includes Estimation, Design, Drawing preparation, Energy saving, Accessibility requirements, Planning and Supervision of Civil construction projects covering Residential building, Factory building, Structural designed building and machinery installation/commissioning. Co-ordinate and initiate tendering procedures and putting the proposal.
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies before the commencement of a project. Computer aided Design software for designing of projects using CAD. Managing the budgets and other projects resources. Liaisoning with Governmental and statutory requirements, like Village Office, Municipality, Fire and Safety etc.
Adopting all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good manufacturing practices and safety on all work assignments. Has to verify quantity and ensure quality of materials supplied at site and work as well as the durability, strength and characteristics of build structures.
** Ensure construction is in compliance with approved drawing and plan
** Facilitate all clearances for the plan and drawing to build structural elements as per rules and regulations from authorities concern.
** Ensure standards stipulated by National Building Code 2005 and KMBR or KPBR
Qualification Essential : B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Desirable : M.Tech in Structural Engineering
Experience : Minimum 15 Years experience in Civil Engineering Construction including industrial building and flooring
Age Limit : Age limit for the above post is 40 years.
Post : HEAT TREATMENT PLANT/PROJECT CONSULTANT (For the execution of new Heat Treatment Plant (Target to obtain NADCAP Certification)

Job Profile :
The incumbent shall be entrusted to provide professional consultancy for setting up new heat treatment plant/project which include selection and commissioning of required plant and machinery/furnaces/any other desired equipment to meet NADCAP Certification. Shall report to the General Manager (Operations)/Project Manager.
Qualification Essential : B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering
Desirable: M.Tech in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
Experience : Minimum 20 Years experience in reputed commercial Heat Treatment Plant.
Age Limit : Age limit for the above post is 45 years.
