PGDM (ABM) Recruitment :

National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad, an autonomous organization under Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, offers a 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri Business Management) [PGDM (ABM)].

This Programme started in 1996 with an objective to prepare Techno-managers and has carved a niche for itself as one of the premier programmes at national level.

Positions :
MANAGE invites applications to recruit Professionals in the following subjects.
i) Marketing Management
ii) Finance Management
iii) Quantitative Subjects like Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics etc.

The Professional will be intensively engaged for
i) teaching to students of PG Programme,
ii) generating resources by way of consultancy
iii) conduct of research,
iv) offering MDPs and training programmes for executives of Agri Business companies and government officers of agriculture and allied departments,
(v) co-ordinating placement activities for students.

Remuneration / Salary :
The Professional will be appointed on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year extendable further based on performance. A consolidated annual remuneration / salary of Rs.12,00,000/- will be offered. However, in case of highly suitable and talented person, the salary is negotiable.

Essential Qualifications :
(A) The applicant should have a good academic record with first class Master’s Degree in relevant subject / MBA / PG Diploma in Management / Agri Business Management or its equivalent from a recognized University or institution with specialization in the subjects mentioned above.

(B) The candidate should preferably possess Ph.D. Degree in the above mentioned subjects and at least 2 years of teaching and research experience.

(C) The candidates possessing Ph.D. as mentioned above with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience are also eligible subject to meeting the qualifications given at 4.(A).

(D) Professional will be permitted to take up consultancy work on mutual sharing basis as per the norms of MANAGE.
(D) It is preferable that the candidates should have the ability to handle at least any two subjects indicated above.

Age : The candidates preferably in the age group of 35-50 years.
