EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
WELL BEING OFFICER :
Must be a holder of – Masters Degree in M.Sc / M A Psychology. Preference is given to M.Phil in Clinical Psychology ( Recognised by Rehabilititation Council of India).

SENIOR WELL BEING OFFICER :
M.Phil in Clinical Psychology ( Recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India ) With the minimum experience of one year in the field of Counselling or Psychological Assessment.

Well Being Officer
For all Candidates 33 YEARS
BORN Date commence from 27.04.1984

Senior Well Being Officer
For all Candidates 35 YEARS
BORN Date commence from 27.04.1982

BEFORE GOING TO ONLINE APPLICATION , APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED TO GO THROUGH /READ NOTIFICATION, ONLINE INSTRUCTION & BROCHURE CAREFULLY

** Applicant can fill and submit the application through online from 13/04/2017 to 27/04/2017
** Documents to be kept ready before filling up the Application Form. You are advised to ensure that the following documents are with you before you start filling up the application form
** Date of birth certificate , Qualifying Examination & Work Experience certificate should be attested by the gazetted officer and kept readiness for verification at short notice.

** Applicant should possess a soft copy of his/her passport size photo , signature & Id card separately in jpeg, jpg, gif and png format. The size should not exceed 250kb each. Please note that if the type of file is not in jpeg, jpg, gif and png format, the system will reject the same and you may not be able to ‘complete’ the process of filling up of the remaining details of the application form.

Note :
** The Application will be in both Kannada and English version. However the applicant must fill up the details in English Language only.
** Applicant can use the “MY APPLICATION” in the main menu option to take any number of copies of the Registered Application and can also know about the status of his/her application.

** The Applicant after filling his/her application should generate the challan on or before 28.04.2017. The prescribed fee has to be paid by the applicant in the branches of the authorised banks as mentioned in the notification. After paying the fee, the applicant can obtain the copy of his/her application on next day.

NOTE :
1.Payment should be made in State Bank of Mysore (SBM) / State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) only.
2. Candidates have to fill the Application and Generate the Challan and make the Payment in the respective Bank.
3. If Candidates submit more than one Application for the same Post, only one Application (recently submitted) will be considered.
4. Written Examination will be held on same day at all Centre for the Candidates.
