Sikshya Sahayak Recruitment :
Applications in prescribed format are invited for engagement of sikshya sahayak on annual contract basis in Ashram schools in Jagatsinghpur District running under ST & SC Dev. Deptt. on consolidation remuneration as decided by the Govt. from time to time.

The Contract can be renewed in subsequent year depending on the performance of the candidates. The applications should reach to the District Welfare Officer, Jagatsinghpur on or before 22.04.2017 s p.m. by registered post/ speed post only.
Submission of application in any other mode will not be accepted. The authority will no way be responsible for any postal delay.
Incomplete, defective, application received after due date shall not be taken into consideration. The details of age, qualification, application form etc. are available in the Dist. website Jagatsinghpur.nic.in.

Mode of Application :
1. A Candidate may make an application in respect of Jagatsinghpur Revenue District only.
2. The Candidate shall have to furnish an affidavit/undertaking to the effect that he/she has not made application for engagement of Sikhya Sahayak in any Revenue District other than Jagatsinghpur Revenue District.
If on verification, it is found that the candidate has applied in more than one Revenue District for engagement as Sikshya Sahayaks, his/her applications shall be rejected without assigning any reason thereof. In case of submission of defective affidavit/undertaking the application shall also be rejected.
3. The Candidates shall have to furnish a copy of the employment exchange registration card to the effect that she/he has registered his/her name in any employment exchange in the state at the time of verification of certificate.
For the post of +2 Art/Com.CT & +2 Science CT.
(a) Higher Secondary(+Z or its equivalent) and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education(CT)
Higher Secondary(+2 or its equivalent) and +2 year Diploma in Education(Special Education)
(b) Pass in the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET-Category-1)
(c) Candidate must have Odia as MIL up to Class-V1L or pass in Odia Language test equivalent to ME standards conducted or declared by BSE(O).
For the post of B.A. BED & B.SC.BED
(a) Graduation with at least 50% marks and l year Bachelor in Education(B.Ed.)
Graduation with 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed (Special Education)
Higher Secondary (+2 or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.A.B.ED/B.SC BED.
(b) Pass in the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET)-Category-11)
(c) Candidates must have Odia as MIL uo tp Class-X
Candidates shall not be below 18 years of age and above 35 years of age as on 01.01.2017, in case of ST, SC, Women Ex-Servicemen & SEBC Candidates the upper age limit may be relaxed by five years and in case of PH candidates the upper age limit may be relaxed by 10 years.
