WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF ASSOCIATES ON AD-HOC BASIS

Walk-in-interview is going to be held for the post of ‘Associates’ on adhoc position, purely on temporary basis.
Interested candidates having required qualification and experience may walk-in, with their duly filled application as per prescribed format, for interview at Regional Controller of Mines Office, Indian Bureau of Mines, Room No-603, CGO Towers, Kavadiguda, Secunderabad-500080, on 17.02.2017 from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
Position : Associates (Adhoc)
Number of posts : 2 Nos.
Emoluments : Consolidated sum of Rs. 40,000/- pm.
Duration : Initially for Six months. Likely to be extended based on performance.
Qualification/ Experience :
Essential:
M.Tech (Geoinformatics or Phorgrammetry & Remote Sensing) OR M.Sc (subjects of natural science/environmental Sciences/ Geology/Geoinformatics/Satellite remote sensing) OR BE in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
OR
B Sc with one of the main subjects Geology/Physics/Chemistry/ Mathematics and computer applications with minimum working/ research experience of 3-4 years in spatial analysis and modelling.
Desirable: Programming in R, Python and web GIS.
Candidates are required to produce certificates/testimonials in original at the time of interview along with two passport size photographs.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.
