Applications on plain paper (A4 Size) with complete bio-data affixed with self-attested photocopies of candidate’s professional certificates are invited for the post of project assistant (1 Post) in the DST-SERB Project entitled “Histamine as novel quality parameter for fermented foods”.
Essential Qualification: MSc in Food Science and Technology/Food Science and Nutrition/ Microbiology /Biotechnology.
Age limit: 40 years (Relatable for SC/ST/OBC/women candidates as per SERB/DST guidelines).
Fellowship: As per DST norms for project assistant.
Duration: 3 Months from the date of appointment or the date of completion of the Project whichever is earlier.
Mode of Selection: Walk in Interview on 9th January 2017 at 10.00 A.M, at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Pondicherry University, Puducherry- 605014.
Candidates are requested to intimate their participation by e mail along with a soft copy of C.V. to shetty.fst[at]pondiuni.edu.in; Hard copy of the C.V. with a covering letter and certificates in original should be produced latest by 0.00 A.M;
Candidates reporting after 10.00 A.M. will not be entertained; No TA/DA will be paid candidates appearing the interview; The post is purely temporary and on contract basis and will be Governed by the administrative Rules/Service conditions of Pondicherry University and the funding agency.
Mere possessing the prescribed qualification does not nsure that the candidate would be called for interview. The candidate will be responsible for the authenticity of information, other documents and photographs submitted.
