THDCIL invites applications from bright result oriented, energetic and dynamic young Diploma Engineers of Uttarakhand domicile with bright academic record to join the organization as JUNIOR ENGINEER TRAINEE in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Discipline:-

Essential Qualification :
3 Yrs Full Time Regular Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering recognized by respective State Board of Technical Education/ Examination and/ or State Departments/Directorates of Technical Education and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) with minimum 65% marks for General/OBC(NCL) candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwD/ candidates.

Upper Age Limit as on 01.01.2017 : 27 Yrs for UR, 30 Years for OBC(NCL), 32 Years for SC/ST

APPLICATION FEE :
For General and OBC (NCL) – Rs.300.00 (Rs. Three Hundred only)
For SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental Candidates – No Application fee regardless of the post being reserved for them or not.

STEP A: REGISTRATION:
Interested eligible candidates should apply through online registration system of THDCIL. To apply, logon to thdc.gov.in‡Recruitment Section‡”Online Application for the post of Jr. Engineer Trainee”. With your valid E-mail ID. No other means/ mode of application shall be accepted.

THDCIL will not be responsible for bouncing back of any email sent to the candidate. Candidates shall apply only through online registration system. No other means for application shall be entertained.

Before registration candidates should possess the following:
a. Valid and active Email ID, Mobile No. ,Tel No.
b. Scanned copy of recent passport size color photograph of the candidate with white back ground.
c. Scanned signature of the candidate.
d. Scanned copy of Employment Registration.
e. Scanned copy of Final year Diploma Mark sheet with a proof of percentage of marks obtained.
f. Scanned copy of Adhar Card.
g. Scanned copy of Caste/ Category Certificate (if applicable in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwD)
h. Scanned copy of Left Thumb Impression or in case of any disability candidate’s right thumb impression is allowed.

Candidates are advised to take a printout of the submitted online application for submission of hard copy of application alongwith the following self- attested documents.:
(i) Date of Birth-Matriculation Certificate (Class-X)/Birth Certificate

(ii) Education Qualification Certificate along with mark sheet of all years/semester of following examination:
** Matriculation (X)
** Diploma Marksheet
** Diploma Certificate
** Adhar Card
** Additional Qualification, if any.
** Proof of norms adopted by University/Institute to convert CGPA/OGPA/DGPA in to percentage.
** Experience/Service Certificate in the letter head of Company clearly indicating the post held, period of service, gross emoluments, area of experience as proof of post qualification experience duly certified by Organization concerned-If any
** Caste/ Category Certificate (if applicable in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)) in the prescribed GoI format from Competent Authority-If applicable
** Declaration From-Regarding Non Creamy Layer status in respect of OBC (NCL) candidates in the prescribed format-If applicable
** Disability Certificate in case of PwD candidates in prescribed GoI format from Competent Authority/Medical Board-If applicable
** Doob Kshetra Certificate in case of Doob Kshetra candidates in prescribed format from Competent Authority/SLO (Special Land Acquisition Officer)
** Apprenticeship Certificate in case of candidates done Apprenticeship.
** Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen in the prescribed format

All the documents mentioned above shall be sent through ordinary post/ speed post/Registered Post only at the following address in an envelope superscribed : “Application for the Post of Jr. Engineer Trainee (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)” so as to reach latest by the Last Date of receipt of applications.
