Link for downloading call letters for 2nd phase of re-examination (on-line test) of the post of Assistant Engineer (Telecom) & Assistant Engineer (Civil) advt no. 02/2016.

Accordingly, in the 1st Phase, the notification of re-examination (On-line Test) for the post of Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil) & Lower Divisional Clerk (Accounts) was published on 17.11.2016, the re-examination has been conducted on 01.12.2016 & its results have been declared on 06.12.2016.
Now, in 2nd Phase, re-examination (On-line Test) for the post of Assistant Engineer (Telecom) & Assistant Engineer (Civil) of the candidates who had appeared for the on-line tests, which was conducted on 02.06.2016 & 03.06.2016 respectively, is scheduled on 30.12.2016.
The detailed notification of the re-examination of the said posts along with link for downloading call letter will be available shortly on the “Career & Job Opening” page on Company’s website
Links for downloading on-line test Call Letter, On-line Mock Test, guidelines for persons with disabilities candidates using scribe, information handout and alfa order list of candidates called for on-line-test are given at the end of this notification.
Candidates who had appeared for the on-line tests conducted on 02.06.2016 & 03.06.2016 are requested to download their call letter and read it carefully before appearing for re-examination.
For downloading of call letter candidates required to click on the link given at the end of this notification and enter their Registration Number and Password in the space “Existing User Login Here For Admit Card” caption. Also, copy of Call Letter will be forwarded on registered email id of candidate.
In case of any difficulty in downloading call letter, candidates may contact at 022-42040240, 022-42040188, 022-26595212, 022-26595216, 022-26595228 & 022- 26595278. The candidate may also write an e-mail to callletter_helpdesk[at]mahatransco.in until 28.12.2016 (up to14.00 hours)
