Designation & No. of post : Geotechnical Investigation Consultant (1NOS.)
Qualification : M. Tech. in Geotechnical Engineering
Role & Responsibility : Study the soil investigation report submitted by consultant / PMC, educational institution etc. for the purpose of building foundation and site condition regarding geotechnical matters.

Designation & No. of post : Architect (1 NOS.)
Qualification : B – Arch. from a reputed and authorized institute.
Knowledge & Experience :
** Minimum 3 years experience in residential, Non residential, with reputed firms having intimate knowledge of latest Software, like Autocad, Revit, 3D max Studio and MS office.
** Knowledge of preparation of perspective view, walk through & Colour scheme etc.
** Knowledge of DC rules and NBC and MRTP Act,E-tender preparation with strong technical and persuation skills will be given preference.
** Knowledge of all latest gadgets and application like laptop / ipad / smart phones would be preferred.
Role & Responsibility :
** To work as in house Architect and ensure that all issues pertaining to Architectural work in the office are addressed by him.
** To prepare conceptual layout & plans according to requirement.
** To scrutinise drawings necessary for submission to Statutory Bodies for sanction.
** Co-ordination with Appointed Architectural firms & various other consultants by the Corporation.
** To monitor various compliances regarding tender drawing.
** Ability to handle the project independently.
** Frequent site supervision at planning stage.

Designation & No. of post : SITE ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) (4NOS.)
Qualification :
** Degree Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years experience.
OR
** Diploma Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience Degree / Diploma shall be completed in regular course from recognized university.
Knowledge & Experience :
a) Knowledge and experience in execution and construction of Electrical installation, HVAC systems, fire fighting & fire alarm system, computer networking system, telephone & Intercom systems with reputed companies / Builders / Electrical contractor / Electrical consultant.
b) Having sound knowledge of computer systems and latest software.
c) Candidate should be dynamic, dedicated and result oriented with good communication skill.
d) Knowledge of preparation of Bar Chart, Estimate, Rate analysis, Bill of quantity, Certification of bill of contractors etc.
e) Experience in e-tendering and should be tech savvy and have communication / presentation skills
f) Worked / working public sector like P.W.D. Private sector, with P.M.C. will be preferred.
Role & Responsibility :
** He shall act as SITE Engineer (Electrical) on site of work.
** He shall have to work in the entire region / state.
** He shall have to prepare verify proposal estimate related to electrical works.
** He shall have to do day to day supervision of electrification activities at sites & monitoring effectively.
** He shall be responsible for quality, workmanship, cost / time over run of SITE, planning, designing execution and certifying specification of material, test & test reports etc.
** He shall co-ordinate the work of Architect, PMC and developer, contractor at site of work and correspondence to MSPH&WC.

Designation & No. of post : SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL), (8 NOS.)
Qualification :
** Degree in Civil Engineer with minimum 3 years experience.
OR
** Diploma in Civil Engineer with minimum 5 years experience.
** Degree / Diploma shall be completed in regular course from recognized university.
Knowledge & Experience :
** Knowledge & experience in execution & construction of buildings and mass housing sites with reputed builders & contractors
** Having intimate knowledge of Computer, MS Office & latest Softwares etc.
** Candidate should be dynamic, dedicated and result oriented with good communication skill.
** Knowledge of preparation of Bar PERT Chart, Estimate, Rate analysis, Bill of quantity, Certification of bill of contractors etc.
** Experience in e-tendering and should be tech savvy and have communication / presentation skills
** Worked / working with public sector like PWD, MHADA, MMRDA, CIDCO etc. or retired engineer from such organization or working with P.M.C. will be preferred.
** Supervision of various item in building Infrastructure.
Role & Responsibility :
** He will act as Site Engineer on site of work.
** He will have to work in the entire state.
** He shall have to prepare verify proposal, estimate related construction work.
** He will have to do day to day supervision of construction activities at sites & monitoring effectively.
** He will be responsible for quality, workmanship, cost / time over run of site, planning, designing execution and certifying specification of material, test & test reports etc.
