The eligible candidates are informed to attend Walk-in-interview for the following Teaching Associates/Research Associates positions against the sanctioned vacant Posts in Dr.YSR Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari Dist., Andhra Pradesh purely on contract/temporary basis as given below.

** The above posts are to filled up on contract basis for the period of 11 months only, in the first instance and may be extended based on performance (or) need of the institute (or) till the vacant posts are filled up on regular basis by recruitment.
** No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.
** The interview will be commenced from 09.00 A.M onwards.
** Candidates appearing for interview need to bring bio-data with pass port size photo and all original certificates for verification and one copy of attested certificates to be handed over for office use on interview date.

Qualifications for Teaching Associates/Research Associates in:
Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, Entomology, Genetics &Plant Breeding, Horticulture, Plant Physiology, Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry.,
i. A Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture/Agriculture.
ii. A Master’s degree in the subject (discipline) concerned with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
iii. Should have passed SSC examination or any other equivalent examination with Telugu as one of the subject or should have studied SSC through the medium of Telugu or should have working knowledge of Telugu.
iv. NET qualification is desirable.
v. The Desirable qualification for the post of Assistant Professor/Research Associates is 2 years experience in the Research/Teaching.

Agricultural Engineering :
i. A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering.
ii. A Master’s degree in the Agricultural Engineering with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
iii. Should have passed SSC examination or any other equivalent examination with Telugu as one of the subject or should have studied SSC through the medium of Telugu or should have working knowledge of Telugu.
iv. NET qualification is desirable.
v. The Desirable qualification for the post of Assistant Professor/Research Associates is 2 years experience in the Research/Teaching
