Applications are invited from the eligible candidates (Indian nationals only) on a plain paper for the following temporary post in the research project entitled “Determination of salivary methylome signatures to develop diagnostic biomarkers for oral cancer in North East India” sponsored by Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India.

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates holding Master’s degree with 55% aggregate or more in the subjects of Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology or any other branches of Life sciences are eligible to apply.

Fellowship : Rs.12,000/- p.m. (consolidated)
Duration: Appointment will be initially made for one year
Age limit : Below 28 years ( SC/ST/ OBC/ Women candidates will be eligible for age relaxation as per rules )

** The short listed candidates will be informed over e-mail for further interview. Please note that the appointment to be made is purely temporary and for the duration of the project. There is no right for claiming any regular appointment in the BBCI or SERB.

** Candidates should note that mere fulfilling of the minimum requisite & experience bestows no right on them to be called for test / interview. Only shortlisted candidate will be called for the test / interview as the Institute deemed fit.

** No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
