Staff Nurse Recruitment :

RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF STAFF NURSES (FEMALE) ON CONTRACT BASIS TO WORK AT NBSU (APVVP HOSPITALS) & SNCU(GOVT., GENERAL HOSPITAL, ANANTHAPURAMU)

Applications are invited from the eligible female candidates for recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse on purely contract basis in the following institutions;

Filled in application forms shall be submitted in the Office of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Government General Hospital Campus, Ananthapuramu from 09/12/2016 to 23/12/2016 in all working days between 10:30 A.M to 05:00 PM.

Eligibility: Only female candidates are eligible for Staff Nurse posts on contract basis in NBSU/SNCUs under National Health Mission.

Educational qualification:
a).Candidates must have completed Intermediate and G.N.M (or) B.Sc(Nursing) from the institutions established under Nursing Council of India rules.
b).Candidates must be registered in the A.P.Nursing & Midwives Council.

Method of recruitment:
a).90 marks based on merit obtained in qualifying examination i.e., GNM (or) B.Sc(Nursing).
b).10 marks to the seniority i.e., number of years completed from the date of qualifying examination as on the date of notification.

Regarding Age:
The Government have issued G.O.Ms.No:396, General Administration(Ser.A) Department, Dated:05.11.2016 regarding upper age limit raised from 34 years to 42 years up to 30.09.2017 for ensuing recruitment through APPSC and other recruitment agencies to be followed. The cut-off date for upper age is 01.07.2016.

Check List : (Attested copies to be enclosed along with Application Form)
1. S.S.C or its equivalent (for date of birth proof).
2. Educational qualification certificates (GNM / BSc-Nursing).
3. Provisional pass certificate of GNM / BSc(Nursing).
4. Consolidated Marks memos of GNM / BSc(Nursing).
5. Internship certificate if any.
6. Certificate of Social Status (Caste certificate) (not older than 3 months).
7. Study certificates from Class-IV to Class-X(for local status).
8. A.P Nurses and Midwives Council Registration certificate with having validity.
9. Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (in original) drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of ‘The District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Ananthapuramu’ payable at Ananthapuramu towards application fee. Application fee of Rs.200/- is exempted to the SC/ST/PH categories only.
10. Self addressed ‘Post-Card’ for sending Acknowledgement of the received Application Form.

Filled in Application forms shall be submitted in 30 X 26 cm size envelope cover and the cover should be super scribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STAFF NURSES ON CONTRACT BASIS IN N.B.S.U & S.N.C.U’s”

Applications should be sent to the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Govt., General Hospital Campus, Ananthapuramu in person or by Registered Post on or before 23/12/2016 by 05:00 PM.

Applications received after last date will not be entertained in any circumstances and this office is not responsible for postal delay.
