General Duty Medical Officer :

GAIL (India) Limited, a Maharatna PSU is looking for qualified and experienced Medical professional to be engaged on contract basis as General Duty Medical Officer for its Occupational Health Centre at Vaghodia [District – Vadodara, Gujarat] for the post as per details given below-

Position : GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER
Total : 01

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
MCI recognized full-time MBBS Degree AND Certificate (minimum 03 months) or Diploma in Industrial Health as prescribed under Gujarat Factories Rules, 1963.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 01 year post internship experience in Surgery/ General Medicine in a reputed/ dedicated hospital/ nursing home. Candidates having experience in industrial environment will be given preference.

Interested and eligible candidates should download the requisite application format attached and send the same duly completed and signed by 31.12.2016 to senior Manager (HR), GAIL(India) Limited, LPG Plant, GIDC industrial Estate, Vaghodia – 391760 District – Vadodara (Gujarat). candidates are required to send one set of photocopy of all relevant testimonials as indicated below along with the application and 2 passport size colour photographs.

(i) Caste/ Tribe certificate [for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL) candidates as applicable] in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority as prescribed by Government of India, Disability certificate [in case of PWD candidates] in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority and Ex-servicemen Proof (in case of Ex-servicemen candidates). OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category candidates are required to submit latest caste certificate.

(ii) All Certificates/ Testimonials in respect of qualifications (all semester/ year-wise Mark Sheet, Degree and Diploma certificates starting from matriculation onwards).
(iii) Certificate of registration with Medical Council of India or with State Medical Council and internship completion certificate

(iv) complete and proper Experience certificates/ Documents issued by the Employer in support of experience details mentioned by the candidate in the Application Form.

(v) NOC/ Forwarding Letter from the employer in case the candidate is employed in Central/ State Government Department, Central/ State pSUs or Semi Government organization.

(vi) Candidates should ensure that they submit all the documents mentioned above. In the event of failure of candidate to submit any of the required documents as mentioned above within the stipulated period, candidature of such candidate shall be liable to be rejected.
